New 1099 Form - The IRS requires using Form 1099-NEC for reporting "non-employee compensation" in 2020, instead of Form 1099-Misc. The instructions for printing from QFloors onto Form 1099-NEC is the same as for printing Form 1099-Misc. See Printing 1099s. QPro Pay - Added this item into the Connection Type field in the Credit Card Setup window. Materials Screen Search Window - Added SKU number to the list of options when changing what the Material# search field searches for. (Click the Material# button in the Search window.) Product Catalog Search - We now display the following information in the Product Catalog Search window: Sample Present, Available Balance, On Order (how much of the Available Balance is in either a Purchase Order or an On Order status), Physical Balance (combined from all materials in the Purchase Order, On Order, and Stock lists), and Retail Price (either the price calculated from Retail Price Formulas, or the retail price that you have manually entered into the Catalog).

Bugs Fixed Customer Accounts and Vendor Accounts Export - Corrected security settings so that a user must have Contact Export privileges in order to export from these two setup areas. Manually Changing Misc Charge or Sales Tax (California) - No longer allowing California users to manually change the Misc Charge or Sales Tax amount because doing so causes an incorrect CARE calculation. Automatically Select Retail Price Formula with Customer Group - Fixed selecting the correct retail price formula automatically when the formula has a Customer Group assigned. Job Costing Report - Page Break fix. Material Subtotals were sometimes cutting off. Divide By Zero Causing Crashing - On a select few computers, QFloors would crash when a divide by zero error occurred. Sales Confirmation List - Ensure that data on sale lines being confirmed have not been changed on the sales order. New Features Product Search Window - Added Sample Present in the Product Search window so a user can see this setting from the Product Catalog. Customer Statement - Added PO# for each line if a PO# is found on the sales order. Product Catalog - Changed the label on the Warranty field to "Custom". Product Catalog CSV Import - Added Weight and Custom fields to the export. (The Custom field could be used to indicate a vendor's collection or group name.)

Profit Center Box Security - Users are now able to change the profit center on a sales order without having Sales Manager access rights. Proposal Sale Line to Hold Status - Users without Sales Confirmation or Job Cost Finalize access rights are now able to change the status of a line on a sales order from Proposal to Hold. In the past you were only allowed to change a line to Order* or Labor Only status without having one of those access rights. Mohawk Stock Check on Sale Line - Fixed issues. Lead Screen Date Search - Dates were off by one day.

Materials On Order List - In certain Windows 10 configurations, QFloors was crashing when a checkbox was clicked in the On Order list. Checkbook Projected Payments - Fixed some issues when printing the Projected Payments list. Sales Order Payment Window - Prevent users from changing the payment date unless they have "Payment Employee" selected in their User Access settings. Sales Tax Table - In some instances, disabled entries in the Sales Tax Table (in the Preferences menu) were being assigned to sales orders. QFloors now warns users when this is happening.

Bugs Fixed Sales Tax Local Limit - When calculating sales tax using the city/county/state sales tax tables (File > Preferences), the Local Limits from the main sales tax setup (Setup > Sales Tax) were not being used correctly.

This is an Official Release and all customers should install this update. We don't send an announcement for every version we release, and for those we recommend waiting a couple of weeks before installing them. But general releases are approved for all customers to install right away. The bug fixes and features in this release are those all versions since the last Official Release, version 8.085 on April 2, 2020.
