Bug Fixes Dropdown Lists - The dropdown list boxes have been adjusted to size and will not cover the edit box. Mouse Wheel Scrolling - Scrolling on the sales confirmation screen, and the sales order if the combobox is open. B2B Import Crashing - Crashing was happening after multiple B2B Imports on older windows systems due to an upgraded library used for B2B Connections. Fixed. List Icons Disappearing - List window checkbox icons were disappearing in the rare cases, requiring a restart. Fixed. Advanced Search (User Access) - The cost filter added to the search in the product catalog, users without JobCost access were seeing the cost of products. Fixed. The cost filter will not be applied for users without access and the costs will be hidden on the popup list window. Feature Enhancements Sales Order (Labor) - When the labor type is selected on the sales order, it will now move to the quantity field rather than the units field. This prevents accidental changing of units after the type has been selected. Sales Confirmation Screen - Now allows PO creation and the assigning of products on the sales confirmation screen if the sales order line status is On Hold.

IMPORTANT! This update might involve an upgrade to the structure of the database! If you are coming from version 9.000 or later, your database has already been upgraded. If you are installing this version coming from version 8.xxx or earlier, you will be required to upgrade the database, in which case, you should see the Release Note for Version 9.000. Bug Fixes Windows Controls - Many bug fixes were made involving the updated Windows controls. Crashing - We are now creating a .dmp file to help further debug unhandled crashing. There will be a "crashdumps" folder in the QFlooors installed directory. If customers are reporting crashes we will need the file from that folder along with the version they are on and database type (PG,HP,SB). Feature Enhancements Finalize PO - Auto select the vendor - If the first selected item has a defined Vendor, auto select that vendor and update all applicable fields with a vendor selection. Ship Partial - Selection added to Finalize PO for "Shipping Partial / Balance Back Order" - Default had been 'Ship Complete' and comments say that only Mohawk was supporting this. B2B Import - Import window is now resizable. The import window now auto selects the manufacturer in the dropdown list. If a vendor selected for import matches the manufacturer as being the defined vendor for EXACTLY 1 manufacturer in the list, that manufacturer is selected, otherwise "All Manufacturers" will be selected still. Product Catalog Search (Advanced Search) - Defined Vendor has been added to be in line with the Manufacturer on the Search Window. Private Style and Color were not being reset with the Clear button. Advanced Search - Added search by Type style/color name. Type combo will appear if either of those searches are picked. Added cost min and max to the search filters. Min/Max can be used for any type of search. Example: If searching for rolls or cuts, when entering a Min/Max, it will then search for rolls or cuts within the cost range if any. The Product Search window now scaled correctly when resized. The Advanced Search list window is now resizable also. Retail Price Formulas (Cost) - The cost value in Retail Price Formulas calculation can now be switched from a dollar amount to a percent value. This setting is located in the MISC setup window. This is an all or nothing change with formulas, and users should not be switching back and forth between them. This setup should ideally be chosen upon setup of your QFloors software. If a user does decide to switch now, they will be required to update each formula.

Bug Fixes QTools - QTools installation was not being recognized in our newest build. Fixed. Contact Lookup - QFloors was creating customer account numbers for contacts, not only customer accounts. Fixed. Statement Report - Surcharge was showing up for non credit card payments as if there was a surcharge, when there was not. Fixed. Leads Report - If an address line 2 is present, it now displays in the contact info box. Sales Order (CSV Import) - A bug was not logging errors correctly for missing the required fields of Last Name, Store, or Sales Date. Fixed. Sales Order (New from Lead) - New Sales Orders created from Leads were not resetting the Billed Date. Fixed. Uplist (Change Rank) - QFloors would crash when trying to change rank to a rank higher than the number of people. Fixed. Retail Pricing Formulas - A bug was presented hen entering 100%. A pop-up informs the user that QFloors would change the value to %99.99 but was instead entering a garbage value. Fixed. Catalog Search (Barcode Scan) - When an sku was scanned, the color information was not being autofilled. Fixed. Product Catalog (Export) - Carriage Returns, Line Feeds and commas were exported if they were in comments. Those will filter out now. Fixed. Price List (Import) - B2B and CSV price list import was combining styles that had the same style names with different style UX. The current standard is the same style names cannot have different UX numbers. However, some manufacturers are still doing this. There is a setting in the import setting dlg that must be turned on when importing a csv or 832 when experiencing this situation. "Style Name - Same style name has multiple UX numbers." QTagger - Uncommon bug found corrupting data when QFloors sent prices to QConnect. This resulted in prices being sent with a valid output file, however, without prices being updated on QTagger. Fixed. Feature Enhancements Sales Order (Split Material) - The split material window now allows adding multiple products with one click. You will find a button that will check/uncheck all materials highlighted when adding. You can then add all selected products at once. Sales Order (Split Line) - This feature has been adjusted to better suit commercial customers. Lines that do not have the same material quantity and install quantity can be split if the amount requested to split is less than both material and labor. Price List (CSV Import) - UX Matching has been added for Price List csv imports which includes adding a Style UX field. Additionally we have added columns for Style Care, Color Care, Display Online, Freight, Product URL, and Barcode. The Sample Present column has been renamed to Display Tags. These fields have also been added to the Product Catalog CSV export. Price List (Import) - There is a new setting that will allow customers to import the case formatting that is in the 832 or csv file for Style and Color. Setting is in the Import Settings dlg. "Do not change case formatting for Style/Color Names". Customer Account CSV (Import/Export) - Additional fields have been added for the Customer Account CSV. The following columns were added: Credit Limit, Net Due Days, Interest Rate, Material Discount, Labor Discount, Customer Group, Carrier, Sales Rep, Hold, Exempt, Notes

B2B (PO - Postgres/HP) - A bug was present for PG and Sybase only when sending a PO B2 triggering an SQL error when trying to save the PO for future recall. A Barcode field has been added to Color in the Product Catalog and also on the Material Detail Screen. Barcode will now be able to autofill material the same way SKU does on the Material Detail Screen, the Sales Order line item, and through POS. Bug Fixes Measure Square FSDE Import - When using the "Estimator Button" and manual import, QFloors was using the wrong quantity. When "By the Box" is checked in Measure Square, boxes will be rounded up to the next box. QFloors was using the quantity before rounding up instead of quantity after rounding. Fixed. Templates (Customer Account) - The phone number field will not be automatically erased when the number does not match a valid customer account when creating a new sales order from a template. Users must follow the pop up direction messages before they will be able to save or the message will continue to appear. Customer Accounts - Customer Account Numbers were being added to sales orders regardless of customer accounts being created/added. This is a bug that will take time to expire, bogus account numbers will still be shown in the Sales List Window until that happens. This is not affecting other features that rely on these account numbers as checks are being performed as necessary to test the validity of the account numbers. Job Costing Report - Memory was affecting some machines when printing, causing material fields to be corrupted as they were not printing. Fixed. Sales Order (Next Install Date) - While automatically adding Delivered Dates to line items when the line is changed to Delivered or Delivered*, this was updating the Next Install Date. Features: Inventory Summary GL Report - This new report can be found in the Green General Ledger Report window. Inventory Summary provides a snapshot of materials at any given date. In order for this report to work properly, When an inventory line on a sales order is changed to Delivered/Delivered*, if there is no Delivered Date then today's date is automatically saved for that line. Because this is required for the report to function, it may take some time for customers to have Delivered Dates for all inventory in order for the report to be entirely accurate. In the meantime, if inventory cannot be calculated for a certain period of time because of missing dates, the Style - Color column will contain "**MISSING DATE**" before the style name. Bug Fixes: Product List Import - "Samples Present" flag was presenting a bug, not updating properly with the import. Fixed. Showing commissions paid, rather than commission split in the commission setup up. Fixed. Bill (Duplicate) - When duplicating a bill, inventory lines were not allowing the location to be selected on first try. Fixed. Statement (Surcharge) - Surcharges paid were being added to the Sales Order Balance line, appearing as amounts due. Surcharges have been moved to payment line details and broken down for each payment. User Rights (Materials) - User access rights have been adjusted for the materials screen only. CTRL-S has been disabled for saving when the save button is not visible.
