Bug Fixes Bid Template Import - Bugs found with the import for Bid Template CSV Import. Fixed. B2B (SFTP) - The Mohawk SFTP connection was affected by a bug that was introduced in version 9.129 in the last SFTP fix. Fixed. Sales Order (Pickup Location) - A bug was auto assigning pickup locations to new sales orders even when the 'Do not auto assign' setting was selected. Fixed. Employee (Usernames) - QFloors was not allowing duplicate usernames and prevented the removal of a username. Fixed. Sales Order (Balance) - The balance was not resetting visually when creating a new sales order from a lead when surcharging was added in QFloors. Fixed. Trial Balance Report (GL Check) - The GL Check was not correctly logging all of the imbalances at all times resulting in incorrect reporting. Fixed. Sales Order (Zip Codes) - When sales orders are created from a lead, if the contact/customer account has any city and state matches to the sales tax table, the zipcode from the contact/customer is used. This will account for cities with multiple zip codes. If the user chooses to copy the Sold To info to Ship To, it will then use the zipcode from the sales tax table. B2B (Vendor Invoice Import) - The B2B log was not logging any bill save errors. An error message has been added, making it easier to track when a bill was not added, or added in its entirety. Materials (Pick, Staging, Transfer tabs) - A bug was discovered for postgres databases when using the search feature for these three tabs while searching by the customer filter. Fixed. Pay Now Request (Email) - A toggle button has been added to the Pay Now Request dlg window. If selected, the email header file will use the company name for the "From" value. If not selected, it will work as it has been using the Employee name if they have an email address, and company name as well. Bill (Void) - Journal entries for product adjustments were not deleted when a bill was voided. Fixed. Sales Order (Labor Types) - Cost was not updated when switching labor types on proposals. Fixed.

When clearing a line item the save button must be selected or the material will remain attached to the sales order. • Version 9.122 Customers only
    21 December 2023

Feature Enhancements: AIA Enhancement (Certified Payroll) - This version allows a labor line to be added to a work order with no scope of work and retail price requirement. This change allows multiple labor lines to be added to a work order with costs and will not affect the AIA report. Adding cost to a project will not change the AIA report. CARE Tax (Rate Increase) - Effective January 1, 2024 QFloors default Care Tax will increase from $0.58 to the new rate of $0.70. California Customers will need to be updated to this version. Bug Fixes: Sales Order (Create from Leads) - A customer account number was being created and not tied to a customer account when creating a new sales order from the Leads Screen. Fixed. Fixed. QPay (Download Payments) - Downloaded ACH payments were flagged in error if surcharging was turned on. Fixed. Downloaded ACH payments are now expected to have no surcharging.
