Improved Loading Speed of Sales Orders - Sales orders with hundresds of lines potentially could load slowly. Particularly if many lines have styles/colors not in the Product Catalog. Sales Order Duplicate PO Check - The check for a duplicate "Invoice PO" on the sales screen has been extended to include PO field and ShipTo Address. If both of these fields are the same then a warning message is produced. Before it was only the PO field. (Sale Date of the sales orders must be within 365 days of each other for feature to alert about duplicates.) Job Costing Crash - A divide by zero error with older windows operating systems when a user clicked on a commission job cost was causing QFloors to crash. Job Cost visible when shouldn't be - If a user didn't have user access rights to see a view job costs, if they double-clicked the material # on the sales order and jumped to materials screen, the cost was not hidden in the materials screen.

  • Version 7.064 Customers only
    8 July 2020

B2B Matching - Improved matching for all of the various possibilities: Manufacturer selected, manufacturer not selected, styles imported with no colors. B2B Duplicates - Upgraded the logic for finding duplicates, and improved reporting.

  • Version 7.062 Customers only
    8 July 2020

B2B Updates (Style Only) - A new requirement from the Floor Covering B2B Association: If a flooring vendor creates a B2B file in which one or more styles are being updated, but the colors for a style are not listed in the file to update them, then flooring vendors must include a "Unique Style ID", and software vendors must update all colors assigned to that style in the QFloors Product Catalog. If the flooring vendor includes one or more colors for a style in their B2B file, then software vendors must match on SKU number (color specific) as in the past (rather than matching on only the Unique Style ID), and must update only those colors specifically listed.
