Payroll - Rounding error for employer's FICA and Medicare calculations. Split Partial Complete Invoices - Wasn't adding all of the quantities to the new sales order. Pick List - Line items that were already delivered were being put in the pick list, causing a sales order to go from Complete status to Ready without unchecking job cost boxes. Style and Color Catalog Windows - Made both of these wider so you can see the names more easily. Product Merge - Fixed some merging issues relative to timing and closed periods. Labor Types - Labor Type setup window was crashing under certain conditions. CSV Product Catalog Import Crash - The import would cause a crash in Windows 7.

Sales Tax Report - Missing Entries - Found that if you have finalized more than two sales tax reports for a sales order, additional attempted entries to the tax report window (when un- or re-job costing) could fail on some computers, but not all (machine specific). Hold Status for Materials - Only allow Hold status to be selected in the Purchase Orders list. B2B PO Line Details - Fix the cut vs. roll selection on the PO Line Detail screen. If you select roll and click the next button, the cut button was not correctly displayed. Upgrade SB to HP - During the process to upgrade a user's database from QFloors Small Business to QFloors High Performance, longer sales order comment lines were not being transferred.

Sales Order Payments - After we added the Custom field to the sales order, journal entries for payments were not being saved with a profit center. This version ensures that future sales payments are posted correctly with a profit center. To fix sales payments that have already been affected, click Tools > (2018) Update Payment PC in Journal. Materials in Gone List Displaying Purch Order Status - Materials in the Gone list were still in the list, but when selecting one and viewing the details, the Status in the detail window displayed Purch Order. Rounding Issue - Fixed a global rounding issue. If a number like 275.015 is rounded, sometimes it rounded to 275.01 instead of 275.02. We have made some adjustments that should fix this rounding issue.
