Bug FixesSales Order Payment (Sales Order List Window) - Payment column was not showing, and totals were not lining up properly. This has been fixed.Vendor Accounts (Vendors with Duplicate Names) - QFloors has allowed a Vendor name to be duplicated in the past. This was completed by importing the same Vendor CSV file more than once. This has resulted in a corrupt Contact and Vendor record. This has been fixed. NOTE: Databases corrupted in the past however will need to be fixed by our support department using SQL statements. Material Screen (Backorder Status Selection) - Backorder status was not being updated on the corresponding Sales Order Line. This has been fixed.Manual Journal Entry Screen - Column Totals were not displaying over the the proper column when making a Journal Entry. This error was only visible when the journal entry was not balanced. This has been fixed. Leads Screen (Date Range) - While searching a custom date for current leads, additional dates were being displayed. This has been fixed.Sales Order Line (Material Split Window) - An error was occuring causing a negative value to be displayed in the Material Split Window while Partial Receiving. This has been fixed.Job Costing Material Line (Negative Physical Balance) - QFloors users will now be prevented from Job Costing a list that will create a negative physical balance. New FeaturesSales Order Line (Purchase Order Status) - A new status has been added to the Sales Order Line called Purchase Order. Swell (Google Reviews) - The ability to select multiple options when sending requests for Google Reviews has been added. Reviews can be sent following the first payment or upon completion of the sale. Additionally you may request QFloors asks the user if they want to send the request prior to sending. You also have the ability to set the Auto Send Request option to "OFF" allowing the user to send reviews manually. A "Google Review" button has been added to the Sales Order Payment window for sending manual requests.QConnect (Lead and Sales Sync) - The ability for QFloors to sync leads and sales to external messaging systems has been added. This allows text and email messaging systems to notify customers with professional messaging campaigns or when unique events in QFloors are occuring. Notifications are currently being sent when the next install date changes or when a sale is completed. Mobile Marketing is the first to support this feature. To activate notifications for Mobile marketing, set the Notification URL field to https://crm.mm-api.agency/qfloors and click the "Send New Leads/Sales" button. NOTE: QFloors users must have a valid QConnect account for use of this feature.Online Display / Samples Present (Tool) - A new tool has been created for the Product Catalog allowing QFloors users an easier way to set or clear the "Online Display" and "Samples Present" settings that are located on the Style and Color Catalog boxes. You may access this tool by selecting the Web/Samples button on the main Product Catalog screen. When using this tool the user can turn on or off these settings for a specific Manufacturer and/or Product Type. There is an additional option also that will allow the user to activate only these settings if the product is found in stock on the Materials Screen. Any combination of Manufacturer, Product Type and Stock can be used to activate these settings. Display Online and Samples Present will be used automatically to update Website Product Catalogs and Showroom Samples for 3rd party software products like Mobile Marketing.Export Web/Showroom (CSV Export) - This new export feature allows a user to export Website Product Catalogs or Showroom Catalogs to a CSV file. The Website Product Catalog will export products that have been marketed as Display Online in the Product Catalog. This file will include stock materials that have a populated retail price on the materials screen. This is an indicator the product has special pricing attached for clearance. The Showroom Catalog will export products marked with the Samples Present setting, this is often used by 3rd party software to price a showroom. Coming in the near future will be an option to send these files automatically via QConnect.

Bug Fixes Speed Issues (Large Product Styles Lists): We found that when some QFloors users have had large numbers of styles in their system (50,000) or more, it could create some slowness to QFloors. We have made some speed enhancements to these lists. Also, we no longer automatically update the style list on the Sales Order Screen, Material Finder Screen and Material Detail Screen. If the user makes a modification to a style in the Catalog that requires a refresh to these lists, we now remove all of the styles from the list and require that the user that made the change refresh each style list manually as needed. You will know that this has taken place if you see an empty style list with just the "Refresh List" option showing. image.png Bill/Credits (Saving Slowness) - In some situations saving bills can be somewhat slow. We are seeing that it could take from 1 to 3 seconds to save 1 bill line that is connected to inventory. QFloors is performing multiple checks on pricing and quantity. Sometimes we have to check inventory that has been partially received to make sure that everything matches correctly. This can take some time. Imagine if you had 10 lines that needed to be checked that could take 10 seconds or more. We have added a status window so that if the user is waiting, they can see exactly which line on the bill is being saved. CARE TAX - CARE tax was not being applied to carpet products that were not found in the product catalog. This has been fixed. General Ledger Export - When exporting the General Ledger report, some of the accounts are exporting a 0.00 value even though on the GL report screen there is a value. Ticket 21179 View Only Database - Allow Payments in Payment window to be viewed. DisplayOnline Setting - Update all colors if Style DisplayOnline setting is changed. Features Export Website Catalog - Added a new export format that will allow eComm sites information about pricing and inventory.

Job Costing Lock - We have added a new option to the Misc Setup Screen called Job Costing Lock. This new setup option allows a company to lock in a job cost if a user changes the cost from the default displayed. If a cost has been locked, it will turn red on the job costing screen. If a cost has been locked, a new "Unlock" button will appear on the same screen where you change job costs. Pressing the Unlock button will remove the lock and change the color of the cost back to white. Here are a couple of examples of how the lock feature actually works. If a user changes the cost of a product in the Job Costing screen, the cost will not be updated even if the product on that line changes. The lock also applies to labor lines. So if you change the cost on a labor item, changing labor types will still not change the cost. This lock applies to both sales orders of type proposal, order, and ready order. Labor Overhead - We have added another overhead setting for Labor to the Misc Setup Screen. This works the same way as the material overhead setting but is applied to the cost of each labor item. Job Costing Report (Vendor Bills, 22543) - Added the details to the printed report for any vendor bills that have been attached to this sales order. Change Log Messages - Changed from bill (25990)- This message is logged whenever a Bill makes a change to a Job Cost on a sales order. Lead added to QFloors (22499) - Whenever a new lead is added to QFloors we now log a message to the leads system. Pay Now Request (26035) - Whenever a Pay Now Request is sent we log a message. Bugs Sales Commission Setup Table - If the calculated commission has a margin of 0.00%, it was causing a calculation error. This has been fixed. AR/AP Aging Permission - modified the permissions required to run these reports. AR now is GL Reports or Sales Manager. AP is now GL Reports or General Reports. Work Order Printing (Default, 25927) - If the comment box had long comments or a lot of returns in the comments, the full comment may have been cut off while printing. This has been fixed. BOL Printing (23738) - BOL printing was cut off. Fixed Pay Now Request (Surcharge Issue) - There were a few issues when trying to send a Pay Now Request for an eCheck when using Surcharging, Fixed. Material Detail (Color Name Delete, 21662) - Sometimes when a user would delete a color name from a material, the SKU number was not removed and so it was possible to save the material without a color name. If a color name is deleted we also remove the SKU which will require a new color to be selected before saving. Job Cost Change (Material Connected, 25498) - A normal user could change a cost after a material was connected. Changing a cost for a product line where a material is connected now requires JC Finalize or Sales Confirmation rights. Staging List (Date Filter Issue, 25824) - Date filters were not working on the Staging list window. This has been fixed. Sales Order (Labor Line Saving, 26056) - Labor lines must now have a quantity defined on the line before saving. If no quantity exists you will get an error message. Sales Commission Rpt (Customer Name, 25412) - The customer name was not always being saved correctly. Product Catalog Export (Shaw, 25678) - Shaw catalog was crashing on export. This has been fixed. Material Purchases Report ( Wrong Vendor Name, 22740) - As times the wrong vendor name was being displayed on this report. Fixed.

Bug Fixes Job Costing - Overhead - When you right-click the Overhead cost on a sales order, the Job Cost Modify window no longer opens since that cost has never been editable. Commercial - AIA G702 - Added the general contractor information to the report (Sold To details from the sales order). Swell integration - Fixed bug causing QFloors to send a 1970 date. California CARE - On April 1, 2022 changes to the California CARE law take effect. Version 9.0 of QFloors supports the changes to the law. A new CARE field has been added to the product catalog. If the CARE field is blank and the material type on a sale line is Carpet, the default rate will be charged which is $0.35 per yard. The new CARE field is starting to be supported by some fcB2B suppliers. If the CARE rate is sent in a vendor's B2B price list file (832 file), it will be added automatically to the QFloors Product Catalog. These features apply only if you have California selected at the bottom of the Company Information setup window. Product Catalog - Collection, and Display Online - These fields have been added to the Product Catalog. Both of these fields will be used in the future to help control how products are displayed online in eCommerce product catalogs. The Collection field is in the Style setup window, and the Display Online checkbox is in both the Style and the Color setup windows. Product Catalog - Image URL's - Three URL fields have been added to the product catalog in the Color setup window. Web links can be pasted into these fields to show pictures and other information related to a specific product. These links can be manually entered, but some suppliers are also sending this information over B2B. If you have a URL entered in the product catalog, a Pic button will also be displayed at the bottom left of the Catalog Search window (Ctrl+F6, or double-click the style or color fields on a line of a sales order) that can be used by your sales reps during the sales process.
