Ship To City Selection on Sales Order - When a sales order has a city saved in the Ship To city field from the Sales Tax Table, and another city in the Sales Tax Table has the same or similar name, sometimes the wrong city is displayed when you click back into the Ship To city field.

Checkbook List Window - Don't display register balance if user doesn't have "View Others" access rights. Set Sales Order Total - (California users only) - When the sale total was changed to a different amount by using the the Total button, the new calculated total was incorrect. Retail Price Formulas - Retail Discount - When creating a new formula, the Retail Discount option is no longer automatically selected. AIA Report - Fixed crasing of AIA reports when proposal invoice wasn't set as a template. New Features Printing Forms 1099 and 1096 - Adjusted printing to match IRS 2019 forms. Retail Price Formulas - No Change Formula - You may now create a retail price formula that, when selected as the default for a style in the Product Catalog, will prevent the retail price on a sale line from changing when that style is selected on a line that already has a retail price on it. Generally to be used in commercial and other situations after importing generic line item data from a estimating software. Create a new formula with both the Margin and the Add to Cost at 0, and uncheck the Material, Freight, and Tax options. In the Product Catalog, edit a style and select this formula as the default Retail Price. When a sale line item already has a retail price on it and you select a style from the catalog that has this formula set as its default, the retail price will not change.a Scope of Work - For commercial locations. Changed the label in the comments field of sale lines to read Scope of Work in stead of Comments.
