Customer Accounts Setup - When selecting a Sales Rep, selecing the first sales person in the selection list wouldn't save. Sales Confirmation - Couldn't confirm lines with negative values. AR Aging and AP Aging reports - These reports were loading automatically without having to enter a date. Changed this so that the report does not load without a date. General Ledger report - If you don't select an account, or if you think you did but didn't correctly select one, QFloors now asks if you want to run the report for all accounts, which could take a long time to accomplish. General Journal Entry Import - Fixed bug where entries in bank and credit card accounts were not being created, even though the journal entry imported correctly. Also set the location at the header level of the imported entry to be 1. B2B Product Types - Added VINWPC as a hard surface type (Vinyl Wood Plastic Composite).

Sales List Profit Margin - The profit margin in the sales list has been miscalculated since June 22, 2019 when we release version 8.030. The profit margin in the job cost window and in job cost reports are correct. Sales Confirmation - Materials were being assigned to sale lines that were Proposal status. Sales Tax Detail Report - A few fixes to the CSV export report.

California CARE job cost calculations - Fixed a bug. New Field Labels in Sales Order Header - We have changed the default labels that appear in the header fields of the Sales Order detail (Last Name, First Name, Address, etc). To set yours to the new defaults, click File > Preferences > Restore Default Settings > Restore Sales Order Labels. These settings are per computer (if two employees share a computer and one restores the labels, when the other person logs into QFloors they will also see the new labels). Customize Field Labels in Sales Order Header - You may now customize the labels that appear in the header fields in the Sales Order detail (Last Name, First Name, Address, etc). Click File > Preferences > Sales Order Labels. These settings are per computer (if two employees share a computer and one customizes the labels, when the other person logs into QFloors they will also see the customized labels).

Sales Profit Margin - Fixed another bug in profit margin calculation. Customers having problems with margins should install this or a later update, including those customers who are on any version 8.030 to 8.039. (Version 8.030 was put released in the late June 2019.)

Sales Order Comments - Now able to make changes to Comments when sale is completed and in a closed period. Sales Order, Labor Line - When you type in a per-unit price of 0 or 0.00, it will now set the line total to 0.00, even on an order. Sales Order, Labor Line - Quantity was being erased when you selected a new labor type. Sales Order, Material & Labor Lines - If you select a material or a labor type on an existing sales order, and the unit price of the newly selected item is not the same as the unit price that was already on the line, and there is already a sale total, the unit price will now be set to be blank. Sales Order, All Payments Window - Reformatted the spacing in the columns in the main window. Sales Order Partial Billing Printout - Fixed some printing errors. Material - Do not allow materials to be created with a negative quantity. Sales Commission Export - Got rid of three columns that were exporting by mistake. Sales Tax Detail Report - Tax types were not always correct.

Work Orders from Material Handling (Commercial Features) - Fixed problem with selecting/highlighting lines. QSched to QFloors data - When an installer was assigned to a line using QSched, and that installer had a cost level assigned in QFloors different from the default L0 level (L1, L2, L3, L4...), QFloors was not assigning the correct cost on sale lines > 1. Job Cost Margin - The margin after commission was not calculating correctly after we fixed the CARE issue in release 8.030. Private Style and Color Names and automatic CARE detection - Where the selected material on a sale ine was Carpet type, QFloors was not recognizing those lines for automatic CARE detection if private style and color names were being used.

Sales Tax Report - Un-job costing a use tax sales order that had been included in a previously finalized sales tax report resulted in amounts that were positive instead of negative. Work Order Printing - Fixed some formatting issues. Leads - Users with Sales Manager user access rights can now change the Creation Date of a lead. Materials - Selecting a material in the Purchase Orders and On Order lists would crash the program. Bin Locations - Bug in loading bin locations for edit, and was also causing problems with barcode Move functions.
