Key Takeaways:
- USA Flooring cut agency fees nearly in half, boosted in-store close rates by 30%, and saved almost $40,000 in credit card fees in one month using QPay.
- The Design House saw a 27% business increase after switching to Roomvo websites.
- Bob’s Carpet has paired the Roomvo Visualizer and Showroom Pricing QR codes with QFloors to modernize the showroom.
- Eighteen months in, QFloors and Roomvo have combined forces to build one connected platform instead of two systems sold together. ERP, CRM, websites, visualization, kiosks, and e-signatures run in sync.
Roomvo and QFloors have spent the 18 months since the acquisition merging their technologies rather than simply selling two systems side by side. “This is a true merger of technologies,” said Chad Ogden, founder of QFloors. “It’s the harder, more expensive way to go… but it’s the best way.”
That work produced QFX, the newest evolution of QFloors. Its technology connects QFloors’ ERP to Roomvo’s CRM, websites, and visualization tools. Roomvo VP Brandon Shidlowski described the challenge as combining “essentially 35 collective years of development across two companies” without forcing dealers to relearn everything they already know.

Dealers are already seeing the payoff.
The Design House and Stonemeyer Granite reported a 27% increase in business after moving to a Roomvo website.
USA Flooring, who first used Roomvo tools, decided to add QFloors to their tech stack. Agency fees dropped by nearly half, in-store close rates went up by 30%, and QPay saved them almost $40,000 in credit card fees in a single month.
