During Surfaces 2022, QFloors CEO Chad Ogden revealed the following innovations:
QConnect - With QConnect, you can share information between QFloors and your websites, Zoho CRM, and lead generating sites. It's prevents users from having to manually re-enter leads from the web into QFloors.
New Payment Options - QFloors now offers an in-house credit card processing company called QPay. It provides advanced payment features and powerful integration with QFloors flooring software. One of the newest features is that users can send "Pay Now" requests via email or a website to their customers. Additionally, users can now email credit card receipts and credit card payments can be automatically posted in their QFloors software.
QPro 2.0 - A new interface and advanced user capabilities for browser-based QPro software was released during Surfaces. Users can now access new reporting options and integrations that weren't previously there before. The next step will be for QFloors to add accounting features to QPro, enabling it to become an all-encompassing cloud flooring software.
