Update on QPro Cloud Software

October 2016

We are just coming off our QFloors Users Conference, which was a huge success. We thank everyone who took the time and made the effort to come, because each one of you contributed to make it better.

One of the things we’re most excited about is that we had a chance at the conference to really get into some of the details of the new QPro software with our users. I think it was very helpful for all of us to sit down together and review where the project is and how we can make it better.

Just to give all of our users a quick update on where we are with QPro: We had originally estimated that we would release QPro POS+ around June or July of 2016. As of right now, it still has not been released. Our new projected release date is the first quarter of 2017 (around the time of Surfaces). Please note that this first version will not include any accounting features, and will offer similar capabilities to what we currently call our QFloors Basic system.

We do not yet have an official projected date on the version that does include accounting, but it should be somewhere around 12-18 months after our first release. It will be at that time that many (but not all) of you will switch over.

As we are getting closer and closer to finishing this first version, I am very excited about all of the great new features and possibilities that QPro will open up for us and our users. Mobility will be a huge advantage. Also, cool new benefits like our kit feature, the ability to add or delete sales order invoice lines, and hugely expanded notes options are all part of the exciting new features you should expect to see in our QPro products. Those of you who are current on your maintenance fee will be grandfathered in at no additional charge.

We appreciate your continued forward-thinking support in making QFloors even better.

Thank you,

Chad Ogden, President
