This year, QFloors marked a major milestone: 25 years of helping flooring dealers run their businesses more efficiently and profitably. To celebrate, QFloors and Roomvo traded the typical hotel conference room for a seven-day Alaskan cruise aboard Holland America’s Koningsdam.
A Voyage Worth Remembering
QFloors’ users conferences have always been about connection, learning, and growth. But this year, customers experienced something extra special. Between glacier sightings, Alaskan port stops, and evenings of fun onboard, participants also exchanged insights, tools, and conversations that will shape the future of flooring businesses.
A First with Roomvo
This was also the first users conference since Roomvo and QFloors joined forces, which took place earlier this year. Dealers were excited to see Roomvo/Leap Tools CEO Pawel Rajszel on board, and hear firsthand how both companies are working together to create a comprehensive technology offering for the industry.
We don't come up with technology simply for the sake of it. It needs to drive real results, be easy to use, affordable, and supported."Pawel Rajszel, CEO, Leap Tools

Introducing QFX
One of the biggest highlights of the week was the launch of a new cloud-based platform, QFX (QFloors Version 10). This will allow QFloors and Roomvo to bring their ERP, CRM, websites, visualization, kiosks, e-signature tools, and other tools into a more synchronized system. Update something once, and it flows everywhere. Faster, simpler, smarter.
Early customer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with dealers praising the stability, mobility, and real-time efficiency QFX delivers. More details on the rollout will be shared soon.
Celebrating Community
Of course, what truly made the event special was the people. Whether it was swapping stories over dinner, learning together in workshops, or taking in the breathtaking Alaskan scenery together, this week was a reminder of what makes the dealer community so strong.
This [conference] isn’t just about software…It’s about reflecting on the bigger picture: business, family, life, and being part of what comes next. We’re building something to last, not just for a few years, but for the long term.Chad Ogden, Founder, QFloors

Looking Ahead
There’s more excitement than ever about what’s ahead: new innovations, stronger partnerships, and even more ways to help flooring businesses thrive. From all of us at QFloors: thank you for being part of this journey. We wouldn’t be here without you.
